Trevor steals a heavy-lift Cargobob helicopter from Fort Zancudo, the one piece of equipment the crew needs if they're going to airlift the submersible instead of sneaking it aboard a freighter.

Note This mission only comes up if the Offshore approach is being set up. The Freighter approach skips straight from Minisub to the heist itself.
Steal the Cargobob
Slip onto the base and take control of a Cargobob helicopter.
Lose the military response
Fort Zancudo scrambles Buzzards to chase the stolen chopper down. Break away from them as fast as possible.
Tip The only Gold Medal requirement is finishing within 5:30, so getting clear of the base's airspace quickly matters more than fighting off every pursuer.
Land at Sandy Shores
Fly the Cargobob to the hangar at Sandy Shores Airfield to finish the job.
